| Make checks payable to: Dance Dance Dance. We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. NO Refunds after the 3rd week of Session. Canceled classes will be refunded promptly. First Trial Class is FREE (space permitting and with instructor permission) upon registration FULL class amount is due. NOTE: No Free trial classes or friend visits after 5th week of class. We will take new students up until the 5th week of class; space permitting. ALL BALANCES DUE BY March 3, 2012 ALL RETURNED CHECKS WILL BE CHARGED A $30 FEE. |
Babysitting is available during MORNING Shape Up! upon request. CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WATCH ADULT CLASSES OR BE LEFT UNATTENDED. |
